  • Enquiry data: retained for up to 12 months from the date of last contact if no contract is entered into, then securely deleted.
  • Project and contract data: retained for 6 years from project completion in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements.
  • Technical/server logs: retained by Vercel for up to 30 days in accordance with their data retention policy.
